Impacto de las estrategias de bienestar laboral en la fidelización de los colaboradores de una empresa floricultora

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio examina el impacto de las estrategias de bienestar laboral en la fidelización de los colaboradores operativos de una empresa del sector floricultor en Colombia. La hipótesis central establece que la implementación de programas de bienestar laboral contribuye al fortalecimiento del sentido de pertenencia y a la disminución de la rotación de personal. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cualitativo con orientación fenomenológica, utilizando entrevistas semiestructuradas y grupos focales con colaboradores operativos y responsables del área de bienestar. El análisis temático permitió reconocer percepciones, experiencias y aspectos relevantes de los programas implementados. Los resultados muestran que las estrategias de bienestar laboral aplicadas en la organización, como programas culturales, deportivos, de vivienda y de apoyo social, han favorecido la motivación y el sentido de pertenencia, incidiendo en la fidelización de los colaboradores. Sin embargo, se identificaron barreras relacionadas con las exigencias de producción, la movilidad de personal entre fincas y las dificultades en los canales de comunicación. Las conclusiones señalan que la fidelización de los colaboradores depende de la pertinencia y cobertura de los programas de bienestar, así como de su evaluación sistemática. Se recomienda fortalecer la comunicación, ampliar la inclusión de los trabajadores de cultivo, flexibilizar los horarios de participación y establecer indicadores que permitan medir el impacto de las estrategias de bienestar laboral. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This study examines the impact of workplace well-being strategies on the retention of operational employees in a Colombian floriculture company. The central hypothesis establishes that the implementation of workplace well-being programs contributes to strengthening organizational commitment and reducing staff turnover. The research followed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological orientation, applying semi-structured interviews and focus groups with operational employees and well-being program coordinators. Thematic analysis was used to identify perceptions, experiences, and relevant aspects of the programs implemented. The results indicate that workplace well-being strategies developed in the organization, such as cultural, sports, housing, and social support programs, have promoted motivation and a sense of belonging, thereby contributing to employee retention. Nevertheless, barriers were identified related to production demands, staff mobility across farms, and limitations in communication channels. The conclusions highlight that employee retention depends on the relevance and coverage of well being programs, as well as on their systematic evaluation. Recommendations include strengthening communication processes, expanding the inclusion of field workers, providing greater flexibility in participation schedules, and establishing indicators to measure the impact of workplace well being strategies. | spa |
