| dc.description | Based on a theoretical research method and a qualitative approach, this study analyzes the advantages of extending the arbitration clause of the statutory arbitration agreement to absent shareholders, dissenting shareholders, and administrators of the company, from an organicist perspective and proposing the theory of contracts linked to corporate transactions. It examines the challenges of applying the extension of the statutory arbitration agreement in different corporate forms, advocating for a majority voting system as opposed to a unanimous voting perspective.
