dc.description.abstractEsta revisión sistemática de literatura tiene como objetivo abordar la comprensión de la migración de los consumidores digitales, específicamente la generación millennial,hacia la satisfacción de sus necesidades turísticas a través de plataformas y herramientas digitales. Se analizará la literatura existente para identificar las tendencias en el comportamiento digital de los millennials en el contexto del turismo, incluyendo la planificación de viajes, la reserva de servicios, la experiencia durante el viaje y la experiencia posterior al viaje . La revisión examinará cómo las necesidades y expectativas turísticas de esta generación están siendo moldeadas por la tecnología digital, así como el impacto de esta transformación en la industria turística y las estrategias de marketing y gestión de destinos. Se identificarán las principales plataformas digitales utilizadas, los factores que influyen en la toma de decisiones de la generación millennial en el ámbito turístico digital y las implicaciones para futuras investigaciones y prácticas en el sector.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis systematic literature review aims to understand the migration of digital consumers, specifically the millennial generation, towards fulfilling their tourism needs through digital platforms and tools. It will analyze existing literature to identify trends in millennial digital behavior within the tourism context, including travel planning, service booking, thein-travel experience, and the post-travel experience. The review will examine how this generation's tourism needs and expectations are being shaped by digital technology, as well as the impact of this transformation on the tourism industry and marketing and destination management strategies. It will identify the main digital platforms used, the factors influencing millennial decision-making in the digital tourism sphere, and the implications for future research and practices in the sector.spa
