| dc.description | Urbanization has undoubtedly become one of the most important dynamics regarding the construction of cities and ways of thinking about the territory within contemporary society. We are facing a phenomenon in which the territory is thought of from the city as the end of the structural development of the territories. This urban expansion of the cities has managed to absorb the dynamics of economic inequality resulting from the logic of “development” and transformation of the cities, therefore in this text we analyze the way in which the construction of habitat and urbanism results in obeying economic interests that sharpen the dynamics of inequality of the territory, taking as an example the phenomenon of the gentrification of La Candelaria as a cultural heritage and the nuances existing among the inhabitants of the town in the heart of Bogotá. | en |
| dc.description | La urbanización se ha convertido, sin lugar a dudas, en una de las dinámicas más importantes respecto a la construcción de ciudades y formas de pensar el territorio al interior de la sociedad contemporánea. Estamos ante un fenómeno en el que se piensa el territorio a partir de la ciudad como fin del desarrollo estructural de los territorios. Esta expansión urbana de las ciudades ha logrado absorber las dinámicas de desigualdad económica consecuencia de la lógica de “desarrollo” y transformación de las ciudades, por ende en el presente texto se analiza la forma en la que la construcción de hábitat y urbanismo, resulta obedeciendo a intereses económicos que agudizan las dinámicas de desigualdad del territorio, tomando como ejemplo el fenómeno de la gentrificación de la Candelaria como de patrimonio cultural y los matices existentes entre los habitantes de la localidad en el corazón de Bogotá. | es |
