| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan de exportación de uchuvas cubiertas de chocolate dirigido a los mercados de Europa, Asia y Norteamérica. En el marco de la internacionalización, este proyecto busca posicionar un producto innovador que integra una fruta exótica colombiana, ofreciendo a los consumidores internacionales la oportunidad de experimentar sus atributos únicos. La propuesta se desarrolla con un enfoque prospectivo, centrándose en la identificación de estrategias que faciliten la inserción del producto en los mercados internacionales, el reconocimiento de oportunidades de negocio y el establecimiento de una hoja de ruta estratégica.
